BMS Salesperson
We are hiring for a leading provider of innovative HVAC solutions, committed to delivering high-performance building automation and energy management systems. As this company continues to grow, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesperson to join their team and drive sales of HVAC controls in the South MA/Boston region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, engineers, and building owners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the HVAC controls market.
- Present and promote HVAC control solutions tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay current with industry trends, products, and technologies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in selling HVAC controls.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of building automation systems and HVAC technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with Johnson Controls (JCI) products is a plus, but not required.
- Previous field experience in HVAC or controls is a bonus.
What is Offered:
- Base salary up to $150,000, depending on experience.
- Highly competitive commission structure with uncapped earning potential.
