We're partnered with a leading specialty contractor seeking a Branch Manager to lead and grow an established operation in the Tulsa market.
This is an excellent opportunity for a construction leader with experience in operations, business development, project management, and team leadership to take ownership of a business unit and drive its continued success.
Responsibilities
- Lead branch operations, sales, estimating, and project delivery
- Drive growth through business development and client relationships
- Oversee financial performance, forecasting, and budgets
- Manage and develop office and field teams
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and profitably
- Promote a culture of accountability, quality, and customer service
Requirements
- Leadership experience within construction, restoration, specialty contracting, concrete, roofing, waterproofing, or related industries
- Strong business development and client-facing skills
- Experience managing projects, teams, and financial performance
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive growth
