Key Responsibilities

As a Building Envelope Project Manager, you will:

  • Lead and manage building enclosure projects from investigation through design and construction administration.
  • Conduct forensic evaluations of building envelope systems, including roofing, waterproofing, curtain walls, windows, and facades.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports, repair recommendations, and construction documents.
  • Coordinate with internal teams across multiple offices to leverage expertise and deliver integrated solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and high-quality service.
  • Oversee field investigations, testing, and site inspections to assess performance and identify issues.
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Participate in business development efforts by nurturing client relationships and identifying new opportunities.

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in building envelope consulting or diagnostics
  • Strong project management and client-facing skills
  • A passion for technical excellence and collaborative problem-solving
  • PE license preferred (or on track)
