Key Responsibilities
As a Building Envelope Project Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage building enclosure projects from investigation through design and construction administration.
- Conduct forensic evaluations of building envelope systems, including roofing, waterproofing, curtain walls, windows, and facades.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, repair recommendations, and construction documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams across multiple offices to leverage expertise and deliver integrated solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and high-quality service.
- Oversee field investigations, testing, and site inspections to assess performance and identify issues.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
- Participate in business development efforts by nurturing client relationships and identifying new opportunities.
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in building envelope consulting or diagnostics
