- 営業活動のデータ分析(案件進捗、フォーキャスト、KPI管理)

Job Responsibilities
- Join as a manager candidate in the Sales & Marketing Division, Business Operations Department
- Collaborate with executives to design and improve end-to-end sales processes from scratch
- Identify and resolve issues across the entire workflow (quotation → contract → billing/payment)
- Improve operational efficiency of business systems
- Create and update sales reports (forecasting, pipeline management)
- Plan and execute sales enablement initiatives
- Manage and oversee tasks of operations team members
Requirements
Must-have
- Minimum 3 years of experience in designing and improving sales operations using Salesforce
Nice-to-have
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Experience with SQL/BI tools for data processing and visualization
- Team management experience
- Interest in climate change initiatives and sustainability (industry experience not required)
