This role involves managing projects, collaborating with clients and government agencies, and performing both design and inspection work.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical engineering expertise to ensure compliance with standards, codes, and specifications.
- Independently perform engineering calculations using conventional practices.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate detailed phases of project work.
- Assist with proposals, project scoping, cost estimation, and quality assurance.
- Utilize engineering and design software to prepare technical documents.
- Make design recommendations and adaptations as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
- 4-10 years of experience in structural engineering.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) and/or Structural Engineer (S.E.) license required.
- Proficiency in CADD, MicroStation, and OpenRoads/Bridge.
- Experience with structural design tools such as Excel, Mathcad, BrR, and STAAD.
