A leading multidisciplinary engineering firm is seeking a Civil Project Manager to join their Land Development team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a collaborative and innovative group dedicated to delivering high-quality infrastructure and community development projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage land development projects from concept through construction, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Coordinate internal teams (survey, traffic, H&H, etc.) and oversee the production of civil plan sets.
- Lead QA/QC efforts and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Interface with municipal staff to secure project approvals.
- Supervise and mentor a small team of technical staff, providing guidance on design and CAD/Civil 3D practices.
- Support construction administration, including RFIs and site meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).
- Licensed Professional Engineer (or eligible within 6-12 months).
- 5+ years of experience in land development design.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D and CAD software.
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
