Civil Project Manager (Renewables)

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of the civil scope on renewable EPC projects-from pre-construction and design through execution and closeout. You'll oversee site work, grading, drainage, roads, and foundation construction, while coordinating with design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure safety, quality, and schedule goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead civil planning, design coordination, and field execution
- Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with specs and safety standards
- Oversee permitting, logistics, and site layout planning
- Track budgets, RFIs, change orders, and schedule integration
- Conduct field inspections and support project closeout
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in heavy civil construction (renewables/infrastructure preferred)
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Strong knowledge of earthwork, drainage, and foundations
- Proficient in tools like Primavera P6, AutoCAD, Procore, Bluebeam
- Willingness to travel to remote project sites (100% travel required)
