Responsibilities
- Manage commissioning activities on projects of various scopes and sizes.
- Conduct design reviews, develop commissioning plans, and lead functional performance testing.
- Interface directly with clients and project stakeholders.
- Oversee project schedules and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Support quality assurance, documentation, and reporting throughout project life cycles.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of progressive experience in commissioning, MEP design, or construction administration.
- Proven ability to develop and execute commissioning and retro‑commissioning plans.
- Commissioning Certification required (ACG CxA or equivalent).
- Experience collaborating with teams of technical professionals.
- Ability and willingness to travel more than 50%.
- Strong technical aptitude, including relevant hardware/software knowledge.
- Demonstrated success in client relationship development or marketing efforts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional Engineer license preferred.
- LEED accreditation preferred.
