Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Country Manager to lead operations in Australia. This strategic leadership role will be responsible for driving growth in the residential and C&I solar markets, managing local partnerships, and expanding the channel distribution network. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry knowledge, a strong commercial mindset, and a proven track record in renewable energy manufacturing and distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the Australian market.
- Build and manage a high-performing local team and partner network.
- Drive sales and market share in the residential and C&I segments.
- Establish and grow channel distribution partnerships across key regions.
- Represent the company in industry forums, regulatory discussions, and customer engagements.
- Monitor market trends, policy developments, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and uphold the company's brand and values.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, with a focus on solar PV.
- Strong background in solar manufacturing and channel distribution.
- Proven success in the residential and C&I solar markets in Australia.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results.
- Existing network within the Australian solar ecosystem is highly desirable.
