The Role
You'll be responsible for managing large-scale electrical construction projects valued over $250M, ensuring successful delivery from preconstruction through commissioning. This is a high-impact role with visibility across some of the most exciting developments in Texas.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle project management across data centers, healthcare, industrial, or commercial sectors
- Collaborate with clients, developers, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and resource planning
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes
- Drive performance, resolve issues, and maintain project momentum
- Mentor junior staff and support field operations
Requirements
- Proven experience managing electrical projects over $100M (ideally $250M+)
- Sector experience in at least one of: data centers, healthcare, industrial, or commercial buildings
- Must have experience building in Texas
- Based in Houston, Dallas, or San Antonio
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of electrical systems and Texas building codes
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)
