Salary: $100,000 - $170,000 per annum

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead large-scale hyperscale data center and industrial projects across Ohio, with a primary focus on the Cleveland/Columbus area.
About the Role
As a Senior Electrical Project Manager, you will oversee the delivery of complex data center and industrial projects with electrical scopes ranging from $1 million to $50 million. You will be responsible for leading project teams, managing client relationships, and coordinating with general contractors and subcontractors to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead electrical construction projects from pre-construction through commissioning and close-out
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
- Build, mentor, and grow high-performing project teams
- Maintain strong communication with clients, general contractors, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and project specifications
- Provide strategic input on planning and risk mitigation
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical construction, with a focus on data center or industrial projects
- Proven track record managing electrical scopes between $1 million and $50 million
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Willingness to travel or relocate within Ohio as needed
- Familiarity with project management tools and software
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
