A well-known national consulting firm with deep expertise in environmental assessment, remediation, and compliance, is growing their leadership team to support PFAS projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop an Emerging Contaminants practice, including technical direction and growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, lead proposal development, and secure new PFAS-related business opportunities.
- Oversee the design and implementation of remedial strategies for PFAS and other emerging contaminants, including complex in situ and ex situ technologies.
- Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers and scientists, while supervising field staff and subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient project execution.
- Design and implement pilot studies to evaluate innovative remediation technologies in the field.
- Lead and oversee field investigations, data collection, and laboratory testing, ensuring technical accuracy and regulatory compliance across all phases.
- Serve as a leader in the remediation space, contributing to industry knowledge through white papers, presentations, and technical engagement.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in site remediation with a focus on PFAS and other emerging contaminants.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental or Chemical Engineering. Master's preferred.
- Experience leading complex remedial projects, including design, permitting, implementation, and performance monitoring.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships and lead business development initiatives.
- Background in environmental consulting or contracting, managing technical teams and projects.
