About the Role
Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented EPC Contract Management Associate to join our client's Pre-Construction team. This role focuses on supporting the execution and administration of EPC contracts for renewable energy projects. It's ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is excited to contribute to the successful delivery of clean energy infrastructure.
What you'll do:
* Coordinate and administer EPC contracts across multiple utility-scale renewable energy projects.
* Assemble and organize contract exhibits, track version control, and maintain data rooms.
* Ensure contract documentation is complete, consistent, and aligned with internal processes.
* Prepare and manage EPC RFP packages and facilitate cross-functional collaboration with legal, pre-construction, and project teams.
* Assist with compliance tracking and documentation in coordination with legal counsel.
* Maintain a repository of lessons learned and promote best practices across projects.
* Support internal training on contract management tools and procedures.
What they're Looking For:
* A degree in business, legal studies, construction management, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in contract management, ideally within the renewable energy sector.
* Familiarity with EPC contracting for solar, wind, or battery energy storage systems (BESS) is strongly preferred.
* Strong organizational and documentation skills, with the ability to manage workflows and timelines across multiple projects.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
* Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
* A collaborative mindset and flexibility to work extended hours during key project milestones.
Compensation & Benefits
* Base salary range: $110,000 - $140,000 annually.
* Annual bonus (guaranteed in the first year).
