Experiential Producer - LA, California
About the Role:
We're looking for a highly organized and creatively driven Experiential Producer to lead the execution of immersive brand experiences and live events. Based in Los Angeles, you'll be the operational backbone of our projects-managing timelines, budgets, vendors, and on-site production to bring bold ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee end-to-end production of experiential events, from concept through execution and post-event wrap.
- Budgeting & Scheduling: Develop and manage detailed budgets, production timelines, and resource plans.
- Vendor & Partner Coordination: Source, negotiate, and manage third-party vendors, venues, and freelancers.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with creative, strategy, and client teams to ensure the vision is executed flawlessly.
- On-Site Leadership: Lead on-site production, including load-in/load-out, crew management, and real-time problem-solving.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all events meet safety, permitting, and insurance requirements.
- Post-Event Reporting: Conduct debriefs, reconcile budgets, and compile post-event reports and learnings.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience producing live events, brand activations, or experiential campaigns.
- Strong understanding of event production logistics, permitting, and vendor management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in production tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Google Workspace, budgeting software).
- Calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and detail-obsessed.
- Experience working with high-profile brands or agencies is a plus.
