Field Service Representative

The Field Service Engineer plays a vital role in supporting advanced water and wastewater treatment systems, including membrane-based technologies. This position involves providing expert-level service, troubleshooting, and system optimization for municipal and industrial clients. The role is key to ensuring high system performance, customer satisfaction, and long-term operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical support for membrane-based water and wastewater treatment systems.
  • Conduct on-site and remote diagnostics, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  • Support system installations, commissioning
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Document service activities and system performance using company reporting tools.

Qualifications:

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Biological Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license required.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in water/wastewater treatment, preferably with membrane systems (MBR/UF/RO/etc).
  • Strong understanding of membrane filtration technologies.

Skills:

  • Proficient in system diagnostics, instrumentation, and control systems.
  • Skilled in using monitoring tools and interpreting performance data.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
