The company is hiring a proven General Superintendent to lead the construction of a high-end mixed-use development in downtown Miami. This is a major project, containing over 230 fully-furnished units and requires an expert who has a track record of delivering multifamily projects.
This role is highly visible and critical to project success. We are looking for a hands-on field leader, who is comfortable walking driving the construction of the building daily.
Key responsibilities of the Multifamily General Superintendent include:
- Oversee all field operations, daily construction activities, and execution.
- Manage and coordinate all site superintendents (structural, MEP, interiors, exterior).
- Drive safety, schedule, and quality across the project.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, Operations Directors, and executive leadership.
- Maintain a strong on-site presence.
Key requirements of the Multifamily General Superintendent include:
- Proven experience as a General Superintendent on high-rise construction.
- At least one completed multifamily or mixed-use project as the lead superintendent.
- Experience with mid-rise concrete structure.
- Strong knowledge of structure, concrete, sequencing, façade, and building systems.
- Ability to lead large teams.
