A nationally recognized structural engineering firm is seeking a visionary Head of Design to lead its design practice across a diverse portfolio of high-impact projects. This role is ideal for a seasoned engineering professional with a passion for innovation, client engagement, and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive leadership to the design practice, aligning design excellence with business strategy.
- Lead design strategy across healthcare, education, commercial, and specialty sectors.
- Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and best practices.
- Guide project teams through concept development, design documentation, and construction administration.
- Support marketing and BD teams in securing new work and expanding client relationships.
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in structural engineering design, with at least 5 in a leadership role.

- Strong communication, leadership, and business development skills.
