HVAC Sales Manager - Data Center (Korea)

Overview
A global industrial technology manufacturer is seeking an experienced HVAC Sales Manager to lead growth in the Data Center segment within Korea. With the Korean data center market expanding rapidly due to hyperscale cloud, AI, and colocation demand, this role is focused on strengthening market presence, building strategic customer relationships, and driving major project wins across the mission critical cooling ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the sales budget for the Data Center vertical and drive order intake growth.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow market share in cooling and thermal management solutions, including heat rejection systems, plate heat exchangers, and liquid cooling components.
- Build strong relationships with hyperscalers, colocation operators, EPC firms, mechanical contractors, and data center design consultants.
- Lead business development for large greenfield and brownfield projects.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, RFP activity, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with internal engineering, product, and marketing teams to strengthen brand positioning in mission critical cooling.
- Drive adoption of standardized sales processes and tools (CRM, funnel management, account planning)
Candidate Profile
- 8-10+ years of experience in Data Centers, HVAC, Cooling Systems, Thermal Solutions, or similar technical sales roles.
- Proven ability to develop and close complex B2B technical solutions.
- Strong network across data center operators, EPC contractors, engineering firms, and cooling technology partners in Korea.
- Experience leading both direct and indirect sales channels..
- Proactive, hunter style mindset suited for a fast‑growing and competitive market.
- Excellent communication skills in Korean and English.
- Experience with heat exchanger or thermal management technologies is an advantage.
