Key Responsibilities

- Engage financial institutions and investors to align capital with transition opportunities
- Design and lead campaigns that convert corporate GX commitments into real investment and implementation
- Identify barriers to industrial transition and coordinate solutions across policy, finance, and supply chains
- Support the development of flagship initiatives demonstrating scalable transition models
- Represent the platform in senior industry forums, advisory bodies, and international engagements
- Act as a bridge between industry, government, and philanthropic stakeholders
- Contribute market insight and sector intelligence to overall organisational strategy
Qualifications
- 20+ years' experience in senior roles within industry, finance, or industry associations
- Deep understanding of Japan's industrial structure and GX landscape
- Established board‑level and C‑suite network across relevant sectors
- Track record of influencing strategic investment and cross‑company collaboration
