Land Development Project Manager
Our client is looking for a strong land development civil engineer who loves being hands-on in in diverse site/civil projects.
They're an Orlando-based civil engineering firm specialising in site development for subdivisions, condominiums, commercial, and industrial projects. They manage everything from concept to construction (cradle-to-grave) and are growing our close-knit team with someone who shares their passion for the process.
What You'll Do:
- Work on diverse land development projects (residential, commercial, industrial) from entitlements to construction.
- Dive into technical CAD work, stormwater management, and construction-related planning.
- Collaborate closely with PEs, EIs, and project managers in a supportive, team-first environment.
- Navigate local municipalities and county agencies to keep projects moving smoothly.
- Choose your path-whether you love the technical side, fieldwork, or client-facing responsibilities, we'll help you specialise where you thrive.
What They're Looking For:
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field.
- EIT/EI certification (PE is a plus or working towards it).
- 4+ years of experience in land development, stormwater, or site design.
- Strong CAD skills (Civil 3D experience is a bonus).
- A team player who enjoys collaborating and problem-solving.
- Someone who values the process and wants to grow with the company.
- 4-Day Workweek: 4x9s (Monday-Thursday) for a full 40-hour week-with Fridays off
