Manager
A growing, ESOP, nationally respected valuation firm is seeking an experienced and driven Manager to join its business valuation practice. This is a client-facing leadership role offering the opportunity to work directly with senior leadership while mentoring junior professionals in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead client engagements and serve as a primary point of contact, delivering high-quality valuation solutions across a variety of industries
Collaborate closely with the Practice Leader on strategy, project oversight, and business development initiatives
Manage and review complex financial models, reports, and analyses for purposes including tax, transaction, ESOP, and litigation support
Guide, mentor, and develop junior staff, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
Stay current with industry trends and maintain strong technical expertise in valuation standards and methodologies
Ideal Candidate Profile:
5-8 years of experience in business valuation, financial advisory, or related professional services
Proven client relationship management skills and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly
Strong analytical thinking, writing, and presentation abilities
Demonstrated experience leading project teams and mentoring junior professionals
Professional credentials such as ASA, CFA, CPA/ABV, or equivalent preferred
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related field; advanced degree a plus
