Are you a driven MEP Project Manager with a background in ground-up construction and a passion for building the future of advanced manufacturing? We're seeking a highly skilled professional to lead large-scale, high-tech projects valued at $50 million and above.
✅ Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years of MEP project management experience in general contracting
- Proven experience on projects over $50M, ideally in semiconductor, chip, or advanced tech manufacturing
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Primavera P6
- Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project
- Experience implementing large-scale safety plans
- Deep understanding of construction cost reporting (cash flow, schedule, VDC, etc.)
- Familiarity with contract types and terms (General Conditions, Burn Rates, Fee Analysis)
- Knowledge of insurance programs (SDI, BR, OCIP, CCIP)
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
- Proven ability to organize and lead project teams to meet goals
- Extensive knowledge of all facets of construction

- Oversee MEP systems from preconstruction through commissioning
- Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and clients
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and schedule standards
- Manage project documentation, reporting, and cost control
- Represent the company in client meetings and negotiations
