Position Title: VDC/BIM Specialist
Location: Raleigh, NC

Position Summary:
The VDC/BIM Specialist based in Raleigh, NC, is responsible for leading and managing specific high-priority projects that require specialized attention. This role requires a high level of independence, initiative, and technical expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) tools.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration, and be receptive to direction from project leadership. A proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining a professional demeanor is essential.

Support from the broader BIM team will be available as needed.

Regular updates to the VDC/BIM Manager are expected to ensure effective coordination and allocation of resources within the department.
