About the Role
A well-established general contractor in East Texas is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects in multifamily housing, senior living facilities, and healthcare environments. This position offers the opportunity to manage high-quality projects from concept to completion while working with a collaborative and professional team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and owners.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Lead project meetings and provide timely progress reports.
Experience Needed
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Proven success managing multifamily housing and senior living facilities projects.
- Experience with healthcare facility construction strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
