About Us
We are a nationally recognized Industrial General Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering complex, large-scale projects across the Southeast. With two major projects valued at over $300 million each nearing the end of design and ready to break ground, we're looking for a seasoned Project Executive to join our high-performing operations team.
The Role
As a Project Executive, you'll be the operational lead across two high-profile industrial projects. You'll work closely with Senior Project Managers and field teams to ensure seamless execution from preconstruction through closeout. This is a strategic, office-based role with occasional site visits to rural job sites (typically a week at a time, once or twice a month).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project operations from design finalization through construction and turnover.
- Collaborate with design, estimating, and field teams to align project goals.
- Ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget targets are met or exceeded.
- Serve as the primary client liaison for operational matters.
- Mentor and support SPMs and field leadership.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in industrial construction, with at least 3 years at PX or SPM level.
- Proven track record managing large-scale projects ($100M+).
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Willingness to travel to rural job sites as needed.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Georgia or the Southeast region.
