Position Overview (Project Managerプロジェクトマネージャー)
The Project Manager oversees the development and delivery of offshore wind O&M and subsea-related services. This role drives end-to-end project execution-from proposal creation and client negotiation to contract closing and operational delivery-while coordinating internal and external stakeholders for successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning, proposal development, negotiation, and execution of:
- Offshore cable-laying support services(海底ケーブル敷設支援)
- O&M service packages for offshore wind assets
- Serve as overall project lead, managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
- Coordinate stakeholder interests across clients, partners, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Contribute to building long-term O&M frameworks for offshore wind developers.
- Support the design of safe, efficient workflows aligned with global best practices.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Fluent Japanese and English communication skills.
- Current residing in Japan or holds valid Japanese working visa
- Relevant experience in marine construction, offshore operations, O&M services, or general contractors.
- Strong client-facing negotiation experience.
- Ability to manage multi-stakeholder technical projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1st-class Civil Construction Management Engineer(1級土木施工管理技士).
- Offshore vessel experience is highly appreciated.
- Experience in offshore cable installation or WTG O&M services.
