Project Manager - Energy Efficiency
We're seeking a Project Manager to join a dynamic team focused on delivering energy efficiency solutions. This role involves planning, scheduling, monitoring, and executing projects that drive sustainability and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate requirements between engineering, sales, and customers.
- Manage all aspects of projects including scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
- Deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Vet contractors and vendors; obtain and qualify material and labor quotes.
- Oversee installation crews and monitor progress against schedules.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular updates.
- Track and submit change orders, invoices, and related documentation.
- Support additional energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives as needed.
Skills & Experience
- Experience managing lighting, mechanical, or HVAC installations preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with subcontractor and vendor vetting and contracting.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing customer demands.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills; able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Interest in energy efficiency and sustainability is a plus.
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain).
- PMP certification preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
