Company Overview
Our client is a leading provider of advanced water and wastewater treatment solutions, delivering large-scale infrastructure projects across the oil & gas and mining sectors. With strong technical capabilities and a focus on sustainability, the company specializes in end-to-end project delivery, from engineering and design through to construction, commissioning, and operations-often in complex and remote environments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead full lifecycle project delivery from concept and design through to execution and handover
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk to ensure successful outcomes
  • Act as the primary interface with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Oversee contractor performance, procurement, and site execution activities
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
  • Provide technical oversight on water treatment systems and ensure engineering deliverables meet specifications
  • Drive project reporting, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, construction, and commissioning
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 8+ years of project management experience in water treatment or related process industries
  • Proven track record delivering end-to-end projects within oil & gas, mining, or heavy industrial sectors
  • Strong understanding of water and wastewater treatment technologies and systems
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, contractors, and project priorities
  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, or similar)
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is an advantage
  • Willingness to relocate to Western Australia and work in remote/project-based environments
