Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the surveying team
- Review and redline survey drawings for accuracy and compliance
- Sign off on completed projects and ensure adherence to state and company standards
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and field crews to meet deadlines
- Maintain quality control and implement best practices for survey processes
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior surveyors and staff
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and safety standards
Requirements
✔ Florida Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license (required)
✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in land surveying, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
✔ Strong knowledge of surveying principles, regulations, and technology
✔ Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, and other relevant software
✔ Excellent organizational and communication skills
