Role Overview

The Restoration Project Manager will oversee restoration and reconstruction projects from planning through completion. This role requires a deep understanding of building envelope systems, construction defect repair, and project coordination across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead restoration projects including scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, building codes, and quality benchmarks.
  • Manage project documentation including contracts, RFIs, and change orders.
  • Conduct site visits and supervise field operations.
  • Provide technical guidance and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in restoration or defect repair.
  • Strong knowledge of waterproofing, building envelope systems, and structural restoration.
  • Familiarity with construction litigation processes is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office.
  • OSHA certification and PMP designation preferred.
