A respected regional engineering firm in Wisconsin is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Roadway Design Project Manager to join their team in Madison or Milwaukee.

The Roadway Design Project Manager will be responsible for...
* Leading roadway design projects from concept through completion
* Coordinating with clients, municipalities, counties, and WisDOT to ensure project success
* Overseeing design using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or Bentley products
* Managing budgets, schedules, and quality control
* Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to proposal development
The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications...
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
* Professional Engineer (PE) license (or ability to obtain in Wisconsin) or EIT
* 5+ years of experience in roadway design, including city, county, and WisDOT projects
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or Bentley design tools
* Strong communication and leadership skills
