Job Description: Sales Director - Southeast Asia

Location: Malaysia

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Director to lead the firm's business development and sales initiatives across Southeast Asia. Based in Singapore or Malaysia, the successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our market presence, cultivating strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives.

- Identify and engage with key stakeholders including IPPs, utilities, EPCs, and government agencies.

- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of solar project opportunities.

- Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in renewable energy sales or business development.

- Proven track record of closing large-scale solar projects in Southeast Asia.

- Strong network of contacts among project developers, owners, and government bodies.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
