- Lead preconstruction and estimating efforts for high-end hospitality projects
- Analyze drawings, specs, and subcontractor bids to develop accurate cost estimates
- Collaborate with project executives, architects, and clients to align budgets and design
- Support business development with conceptual and competitive bid pricing

- Based in or willing to relocate to Atlanta, GA
