Senior Geotechnical Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Senior Geotechnical Engineer to lead and manage geotechnical aspects of diverse projects. This role involves performing advanced geotechnical analyses, providing foundation recommendations, and delivering expert guidance during construction phases. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver high-quality geotechnical services on time and within budget.
- Prepare and review reports, specifications, plans, and designs.
- Serve as a technical resource on multidisciplinary teams.
- Develop and manage subsurface exploration programs.
- Prepare cost estimates, scope of work, and proposals.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of design efforts.
- Utilize design software for engineering recommendations.
- Participate in Design/Build projects, consulting on constructability and cost.
- Perform design calculations and investigations for contract documents.
- Provide on-site support for clients and project offices as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical Engineering (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 16 years of geotechnical design experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification required.
- Experience with static and dynamic load testing (highly desired).
- Field experience in site grading, slope stabilization, retaining walls, and foundation construction (highly desired).
- Design/Build experience preferr
