The Senior Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for:
- Leading the design and development of mechanical systems across a diverse range of building projects
- Managing projects through all phases including design, coordination, and construction support
- Collaborating closely with engineers, architects, and clients to deliver high‑quality solutions
- Mentoring and supporting junior engineers and contributing to team development
- Balancing technical design work with project management responsibilities
The Senior Mechanical Engineer or Associate should have the following:
- Approximately 10+ years of mechanical engineering experience in building systems
- Strong technical design capability with hands‑on project delivery experience
- Project management experience and the ability to oversee multiple assignments
- Enjoyment of mentoring and supporting the growth of other engineers
- New York PE license strongly preferred, though non‑PE candidates with exceptional technical backgrounds will be considered
