Senior Medical Equipment Implementation Program Manager

Job Title: Senior Medical Equipment Implementation Program Manager

Area: Remote (Must be based in and eligible to work in the United States)

Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per annum

The Company

Our client is a nationally recognized logistics management organization with deep expertise in healthcare facilities logistics. Operating across the United States, they partner with healthcare owners, construction teams, and equipment planners to deliver complex medical equipment programs on time and on budget. With a strong track record across new healthcare construction projects, they have built a reputation as a trusted extension of their clients' teams, bringing structured processes, precision, and professionalism to every project they manage.

The Role

This is a senior-level opportunity for a program manager with a background in medical equipment coordination or implementation who is ready to step into full ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder projects. You will serve as the central logistics point of contact on new healthcare construction programs, managing everything from procurement documentation and inventory tracking through to final equipment deployment and activation.

This role is well suited to someone who has spent time in the early stages of medical equipment planning or coordination and is now looking for a platform where they can truly lead, build their project management credentials, and drive outcomes independently. You will have genuine ownership of your projects and the autonomy to develop and execute deployment strategies across a national portfolio.

Responsibilities

Project Leadership and Coordination

  • Act as the main logistics point of contact across equipment planners, design and construction teams, and healthcare owners
  • Attend key planning meetings and contribute logistics input across medical equipment procurement and construction milestones
  • Develop and oversee detailed activation and deployment strategies in partnership with third-party warehouses, owner project teams, and internal stakeholders

Inventory Management

  • Source and review procurement documentation alongside full equipment lists
  • Input projected inventory into tracking systems, maintaining accuracy across the project lifecycle
  • Carry out receiving analysis by checking carton markings, Bills of Lading, packing slips, purchase orders, and equipment lists against one another

Warehouse and Vendor Coordination

  • Work closely with third-party local warehouses to maintain accurate receiving processes and reporting standards
  • Investigate and resolve any gaps between physical inventory and supporting documentation

Financial Oversight

  • Oversee project budgets and review vendor accounts payable invoices for accuracy
  • Manage outgoing invoices for logistics services delivered
  • Monitor and calculate out-of-scope changes and change orders as they arise throughout each project

Why Join

This is a role for someone who wants more than a title. You will have genuine end-to-end ownership of programs that directly impact the opening of new healthcare facilities across the country. The projects are complex, the stakeholders are varied, and the exposure to high-level program management is substantial. If you are coming from a coordination or early-stage implementation background, this is the step up that gives you the experience to grow into a senior leader in the healthcare logistics space. Remote working means flexibility without compromise, and the organization's national footprint means no shortage of meaningful work.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary of $85,000 - $100,000 DOE
  • Performance-based bonus structure
  • Medical and dental coverage
  • 401(k) plan
  • Fully remote role with US-based flexibility
  • Senior-level scope with genuine project ownership from day one
  • Exposure to large-scale, complex healthcare construction programs nationally
  • A platform to develop deep program management expertise in a specialist field
  • Collaborative and experienced team environment
