Are you a seasoned PM ready to step into a senior leadership role? Our client, a top-tier design-build GC based in Kennesaw, GA, is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead complex industrial construction projects from the ground up.

🔍 What You'll Do:
- Lead large-scale industrial projects from precon to closeout
- Manage project teams, subcontractors, and client relationships
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and quality control
- Collaborate with design and field teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Mentor junior PMs and support staff
✅ Who You Are:
- 8-12 years of experience in industrial or cold storage construction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ground-up construction experience required
- Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling software
💼 Compensation: $130K-$175K depending on experience + bonuses
📍 Location: Office-based in Kennesaw, GA
✈️ Travel: Primarily Georgia-based projects
