This is an opportunity to join a growing, highly technical team that takes projects from initial design through to full execution, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence.

  • Strong expertise in deep foundations (e.g., drilled shafts, auger cast piles, micropiles, sheet piles) and/or ground improvement (e.g., grouting, vibro stone columns, soil mixing).
  • Proven ability to manage large, multi‑scope construction projects from pre‑construction through closeout.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client‑facing skills.
  • Ability to lead field teams, drive schedules, and solve problems in fast‑moving environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Geotechnical Engineering, or related field (preferred).

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

  • Join a growing geotechnical contractor with a strong reputation in the Southeast.
  • Work on technically challenging deep foundation and ground improvement projects.

  • Collaborative culture with a focus on engineering‑driven solutions and quality execution.
