The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee planning, design, and execution of land development projects, including grading, drainage, roadway, and utility design.

- Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and providing strategic guidance.
- Mentor and develop engineering teams, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
- Utilize Civil 3D, GIS, and related tools for design and documentation.
- Lead business development efforts through proposals, presentations, and project acquisition.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineering (PE) license required.
- 10+ years of civil engineering experience, with a focus on land development.
- Proven leadership in managing engineering teams and delivering complex projects.
- Strong technical expertise in civil engineering principles and design practices.
- Demonstrated success in client relationship management and business development.
