[SIN] Telecoms Program Manager - Data Center
About the Role
We are seeking a Telecoms Program Manager to support large‑scale data centre programmes across the region. This role acts as the technical integrator for ICT and telecom infrastructure, ensuring designs, product assemblies, and network requirements are aligned across all project teams. You will drive coordination, resolve cross‑discipline issues, and protect programme schedules across multiple live projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide programme‑level support for ICT and telecom scope across multiple data centre projects.
- Manage and close RFIs and technical queries from clients and AEC teams.
- Lead design and product reviews (Telecom, Security, Controls, Architecture, MEP, Structural, Civil).
- Identify design clashes, scope gaps, and drive resolution with appropriate technical owners.
- Track critical risks, issues, and mitigation plans to ensure schedule protection.
- Support best‑practice deployment for converged networks and telecom integration.
- Produce structured technical documentation, design review comments, and evaluation reports.
- Maintain revision control and documentation updates in platforms such as AODocs.
- Close telecom‑related issues within defined timelines using issue tracking tools.
Requirements
- Strong background in ICT/telecom design principles and structured cabling concepts.
- Experience coordinating telecom requirements across Security, Controls, Electrical, Mechanical, and CSA disciplines.
- Proficiency in BIM/ACC platforms, documentation tools, and issue‑tracking systems.
- Strong communication skills, able to explain technical issues clearly to non‑specialists.
- RCDD certification (or working under an RCDD‑certified professional) is preferred.
