Project Scope

The Cincinnati office is seeking a seasoned Structural Engineer to join their growing team. The successful candidate will contribute to a diverse portfolio of projects, including:

  • Residential developments
  • Large healthcare facilities
  • Higher education campuses
  • Commercial and civic structures

Projects span both new construction and restoration, utilizing materials such as steel, concrete, masonry, and timber.


Job Overview

This role involves leading and supporting the design and analysis of structural systems, collaborating with architects and engineers across disciplines, and ensuring projects meet technical, regulatory, and client standards from concept through construction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform structural analysis and design for buildings and infrastructure.
  • Prepare construction documents, specifications, and technical reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical development.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations.

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., Revit, RAM, ETABS).
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
