Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Restoration Engineer to join a rapidly expanding team. This is a remote position covering the New England area, with preference for candidates based in Massachusetts or Connecticut. You'll enjoy the flexibility to manage your own schedule, collaborate with a supportive team of engineers across the Northeast, and focus on delivering high-quality solutions - without the pressure of generating your own business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage restoration projects, primarily focused on parking structures (100% of the work).
- Conduct site visits (typically 2-3 per week) and oversee project execution.
- Collaborate with engineers across the Northeast through regular team calls and shared resources.
- Ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction on all projects.
- Contribute to the company's continued growth through technical excellence.
What We're Looking For
- Active PE license (Professional Engineer) required.
- Strong background in restoration and rehabilitation projects.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with a remote team.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
