A highly respected structural engineering consulting firm in Georgia is seeking a Structural Engineer to join their growing team. This firm specializes in building design, foundation engineering, and steel connection detailing, delivering solutions focused on safety, efficiency, and constructability. Its culture emphasizes responsiveness, clear communication, and precision. Qualities that help keep projects on track and clients well‑informed.


Role Responsibilities

  • Perform structural analysis and design for a variety of building types.
  • Prepare engineering calculations and detailed construction drawings.
  • Assist with scope evaluation, project planning, and technical reviews.
  • Conduct QA/QC, including review of shop drawings and RFI responses.
  • Mentor junior engineers while collaborating with senior team members.
  • Complete site visits and inspections as needed.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of structural engineering experience.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license, or actively progressing toward PE licensure in the near future.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (required).
  • Proficiency with Revit, RISA, Bluebeam, and experience producing construction documents.
  • Working knowledge of major codes: IBC, ASCE, AISC, ACI, NDS.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in client‑facing settings.
