About the Role
As a key member of the Structural Forensics team, you will lead and support a variety of building projects, from initial investigation through to construction phase services. You'll work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality, technically sound solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage structural forensic projects from start to finish
- Produce complete sets of structural drawings and technical specifications independently
- Mentor and guide junior engineers
- Conduct on-site investigations and structural assessments
- Perform structural calculations and prepare detailed technical reports
- Oversee construction observation and quality control processes
- Participate in client meetings and project presentations
- Support business development through client engagement and networking
Qualifications
- P.E. license
- Minimum 6 years of relevant structural engineering experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
- Experience with structural analysis/design software
- Strong communication and leadership skills
