Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage transmission and substation engineering projects from initiation through completion.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, designers, and subcontractors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment on scope, schedule, and budget.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and financial forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and utility requirements.
- Facilitate internal and external meetings, reporting progress and resolving issues proactively.
- Support business development efforts through proposal writing and client presentations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in power delivery project management, specifically in transmission and substation projects.
- Strong understanding of utility standards, permitting processes, and construction practices.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management training preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and engineering software.
