About the Opportunity
We are proud to be working in close partnership with a leading national general contractor renowned for delivering complex, large-scale mission-critical projects across the U.S. As part of their continued growth in the hyperscale data center space, we are seeking an experienced Traveling Construction Superintendent to join their elite team.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all on-site construction activities for hyperscale data center projects from groundbreaking through commissioning.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and client representatives to maintain alignment on project goals.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure compliance with all OSHA and company-specific standards.
- Maintain accurate daily reports, site logs, and progress documentation.
- Proactively identify and resolve field issues to minimize delays and cost impacts.
- Travel extensively to project sites across the U.S., typically on a rotational basis.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on large-scale commercial or mission-critical construction projects.
- Proven track record delivering data centers, high-tech facilities, or other complex MEP-intensive builds.
- Strong knowledge of ground-up construction, structural steel, concrete, and interior fit-out.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with frequent travel.
- OSHA 30 certification required; additional safety credentials a plus.
