What You'll Do
* Provide strategic leadership and oversight for company-wide operations
* Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute long-term growth initiatives
* Lead and mentor department leaders across development, construction, asset management, finance, and administration
* Drive operational excellence through process improvement, performance metrics, and accountability
* Oversee project execution, ensuring quality delivery, budget adherence, and schedule performance
* Strengthen relationships with investors, lenders, contractors, consultants, public agencies, and community stakeholders
* Evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and strategic partnerships
* Implement systems and processes that support scalability and sustainable growth
* Foster a culture built on teamwork, integrity, innovation, and results
* Play a key role in shaping the organization's future vision and continued success
Experience We're Looking For
* 10+ years of executive or senior leadership experience
* Proven success overseeing large-scale operations, real estate development, construction, housing, or related business sectors
* Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing organizational growth
* Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and financial performance
* Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and develop future leaders
* Track record of successfully executing complex projects and strategic initiatives
* Experience working with public and private stakeholders is highly desirable
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Construction Management, Real Estate, Finance, Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field
* MBA or advanced degree preferred
* Strong strategic planning and organizational leadership capabilities
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Ability to balance big-picture strategy with day-to-day operational execution
