A nationally recognized engineering consultancy is seeking a W/WW Civil Project Manager to lead system planning and design for municipal clients across the Pacific Northwest. This role is ideal for a technically strong and client-focused professional who enjoys working on complex infrastructure challenges and mentoring junior staff.
About the Role
You'll manage a variety of water, wastewater, stormwater, and recycled water planning projects, including master plans, hydraulic modeling, and system optimization studies. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects that shape the future of public utility systems while collaborating with a dynamic and experienced team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of master plans for water, wastewater, and stormwater systems.
- Conduct and oversee hydraulic modeling and system analysis.
- Prepare technical reports, planning documents, and cost estimates.
- Support permitting, alternatives analysis, and conceptual site planning.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development efforts.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Master's preferred).
- 8-15 years of experience in water, sewer, and stormwater system planning and modeling.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Proven experience managing projects, budgets, and teams.
- Familiarity with GIS, CAD, and hydrologic/hydraulic modeling software.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications
