業務内容
電動モビリティや産業機器向けの次世代電池（リチウムイオンなど）の量産立ち上げ、製造工程の改善業務をご担当いただきます。製造設備や工程設計に関する知見を活かし、品質・効率の向上に貢献していただくポジションです。

必須条件
- 機械系の専攻または関連業務経験
- 製品開発や工程改善の実務経験
- 品質管理に関する基礎知識（例：QC検定3級レベル）
- 問題解決力と協調性を持ち、現場で積極的に動ける方
