- APAC市場の調査・参入戦略策定・新規拠点立ち上げ
- 事業計画策定、KPI管理、および経営層へのレポーティング

- 事業計画/KPI/予実管理の実務経験

Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research in APAC, develop market entry strategies, and lead new office setup
- Develop business plans, manage KPIs, and report to senior management
- Support sales and operations at overseas offices and build strategic partnerships
Requirements
- Experience in international business development
- Hands-on experience in business planning, KPI management, and budget tracking
- Business-level English proficiency
Preferred Background
- Experience in overseas business within trading firms, operating companies, or startups
- Strong knowledge of APAC markets
- Interest in ESG, sustainability, or climate tech
- Experience in setting up overseas entities or organizational design
